The fall Holistic Festival will take place Saturday, October 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CenterPlace at Mirabeau Point Park in the Spokane Valley.

The bi-yearly Holistic Festival was born in 2003, with the vision of acquainting the public with local practitioners and educating them about the healing modalities that are available locally. The festival features over 50 booths, a variety of health scans and healing technologies, and free lectures throughout the day.

“This year’s booths will be filled with organic and natural products, remedies, body care and pain relief,” says festival co-organizer Cindy Gardner. “Attendees can meet with a chiropractor, hypnotherapist, acupuncturist, numerologist, readers and healers as well as find oils, herbal salves, supplements, organic beauty products, soaps, lotions, aura pictures, books, art, music, jewelry, crystals, quality gifts and more!”

In addition, the festival offers half-hour lectures on topics including improving the immune system, aiding digestion without medication, the power of the subconscious mind, and how to clear limiting beliefs. “We will also have lectures teaching us how to work with our angels, palm reading and how to look at life using numerology,” explains Gardner.

Admission cost: $6. Location: 2426 North Discovery Pl., Spokane Valley. For more information, visit HolisticFestivals.com.
